We engineer our no-drill kayak mounts to withstand extreme tidal conditions. If your YakForge product has a manufacturing defect or fails to fit the specified kayak track (e.g., Hobie H-Rail), you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

[ The "No-Installation-Marks" Rule ]

Because we deal with marine-grade metals and precision rigging, we cannot accept returns on items that have been mounted, scratched, or subjected to saltwater testing. The gear must be in its original, uninstalled condition.

To initiate a return, contact our engineering support team at support@yakforge.com with your Order Number and photos of the uninstalled gear. Once authorized, you will receive routing instructions for the return shipment.
